great service with a lovely city view

The staff provided excellent service, always great. I found the complimentary breakfast boxes enjoyable, especially sitting in the lobby with a nice cup of coffee. The view of the city from my room was refreshing and added to the overall experience.

We had a really comfortable stay for 4 nights.

We stayed in classic twin room with nice view. Marvellous location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Truly enjoyed being close to an underground station.

We had a such wonderful stay at this trendy boutique hotel. The breakfast had variety of options, including toast and jam. The unit we got was impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed, harder mattresses, for example. The staff was accommodating and pleasant, and the service was thoughtful.

Consider asking for a different router if the Wi-Fi signal is weak in your room. It significantly improved our connection.

The location is central.

Views are ugly.

Soundproof and compact room for 2 medium suitcases. Good choice of coffee, toast and jam available in the lobby for breakfast. Marvellous location close enough to with a lot of food close by. Also, really close to the MTR.

They even gave me free laundry pods which was a nice touch. Make sure to check out the shops nearby for some great finds.

The rooms are big and include an electric kettle and a fridge. The breakfast offers lots of toast and jam.

The hotel features a great location, making it easy to access public transport.

The furnishings appeared dusty and unkempt, unacceptable for a hotel of any standard. The noise insulation was poor, as I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms clearly at night.

The staff were helpful, offering assistance with my luggage and providing invaluable suggestions for nearby dining options. The convenient location allowed easy access to public transportation as well as various local eateries nearby.

Room size could be improved.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Taipei Main Station. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and my father enjoyed the washer and dryer facilities available .

My wife says that the breakfast service could use some improvement.

The room was super clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. The staff were really nice by providing another router to fix our wi-fi issues. The self-service laundry for just TWD100 was so convenient.

The small room size proved a bit challenging for two luggage bags, and limited cleaning frequency was a slight inconvenience. For a short stay, the amenities and kindness of staff.
